From the recording Celebrate The Love
As the title implies, this gospel-inspired number celebrates the birth of Christ - the true story of Christmas.
Lyrics
Baby in a manger
In a stable amongst the hay
The journey here on a night so clear
Celebrate this Christmas Day
Angels singing glory
Hallelujah Christ is born
Glory in the highest
Hallelujah Christ is born
Shepherds in the field
The star a guiding light
Wise men bring gifts and offerings
And the angels sing tonight
Angels singing glory
Hallelujah Christ is born
Glory in the highest
Hallelujah Christ is born
Arise and sing
To you my king
The saviour born today
Peace on earth
The saviour’s birth
The Light to show the way
Angels singing glory
Hallelujah Christ is born
Glory in the highest
Hallelujah Christ is born
Angels singing glory
Hallelujah Christ is born
Glory in the highest
Hallelujah Christ is born
Singing glory
In the highest
Christ is born
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
